Please mention:

  • The exact product reference.
  • What the problem is.
  • Provide photos (often faster and more precise than lengthy, vague explanations).

Other recommendations: Don’t try to fix a defective product yourself.

This will automatically void your claim.

We will respond to all polite and courteous requests. Our response will range from a simple SMS or phone call to as many exchanges as needed to properly process your request.
